Amount, destination, fee and the time it will arrive on one sheet. Nothing moves on a chat message or a button in WhatsApp — only here.
It settles, and you get the reference
PP-xxxxxx on the screen, by SMS and in your inbox. The same reference is on the recipient’s side and in your statement.
If something is off, it stops
A first transfer to a new number waits 24 hours and tells you why. A blocked attempt alerts you at any hour. Nothing leaves your Save without you.
Rules you can hold us to
- Why the 24-hour hold?
- Most account-takeover losses are a fast transfer to a new number. The hold is on the first transfer to each new destination, is shown before you confirm, and you can cancel it from the app or *384*7#.
- Can I send to a bank?
- Yes — to any bank via Pesalink (Kenya) and the equivalent domestic rail in each country, through our sponsor bank. Mobile money and Pepea members in every country.
- Dollars?
- Live. The FX spread is one line on the sheet before you confirm, and its history is on /own › Pricing. Members in the UK, US, UAE and Australia fund through our on-ramp partner at a rate they see before they confirm.
- What if it fails?
- Nothing leaves your Save. You get the reference and the reason by SMS; retries are yours to make, never automatic.
